WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
Players are required to bring indoor running shoes, a helmet, gloves, a stick and skates. Kevlar socks are also recommended but not required.
CAN I WATCH THE SESSION?
Our facility is only large enough to accommodate the players. Parents/guardians are welcome to stay in the facility in the front seating area but may not enter the training area.
WHY DO I REQUIRE 24 HOURS TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR CANCELLING?
Our facility can only accommodate 15 players at a time (slightly larger capacity for team bookings) so we want to ensure those who really want to use the facility have an opportunity to do so. Further, we reserve the right to modify our cancellation policy for any players who consistently cancel sessions.
DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS?
No, if you are unable to book via our website using a valid credit card please email us at info@one7hockey.com and we will make alternative arrangements to register the player and to make payment.
CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK TEAM SESSIONS?
Not at this time. Payment for team sessions currently can be made by cash, e-transfer or team cheque. If you require an alternative payment method let us know what that is and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
